The properties comprise a lettable area of 52,700 square metres, mainly consisting of premises for warehousing and light industrial purposes. The annual rental income amounts to the equivalent of SEK 62 million. The occupancy rate is 100 percent and the average remaining lease term is 8.7 years.
Closing for the equivalent of SEK 564 million has taken place. The acquisitions will be reported in Sagax's segments Finland (SEK 528 million), France (SEK 36 million) and Netherlands (SEK 36 million).
