Emilshus has acquired a property in Lambohov in Linköping with new production of approximately 4,000 square meters of premises for light industry. A 10-year lease agreement regarding the total leasable area has been signed with Ionbond, a company with high-tech production within the global IHI Group.

Annual rental value amounts to SEK 5 million. Seller is Vasaparken. Access will take place after completion, estimated at the turn of the year 2024.
