Johan, who has been with Schroders Capital since 2019, brings extensive experience in real estate investment, having previously worked as an Asset Manager in the Nordics team. In his new role, Johan will be responsible for driving real estate transactions in the Nordics and strengthening the firm's relationships with clients, advisors and local partners.

Jannika Gylling brings 13 years of experience in the real estate industry to the role. In her previous role as Account Director at Colliers Finland, Jannika oversaw Schroders Capital's real assets portfolio in the country, which included technical, commercial, financial, and sustainable property management. Her expertise in sustainability in the real estate space, which she built while working at consultancies Ovenia, Ramboll Finland, and Pöyry Finland, will be a valuable asset to Schroders Capital's team.

With Jannika now on board, Schroders Capital is well-positioned to continue its growth in the Nordics region. Jannika's in-depth knowledge of the Finnish real estate market, coupled with her extensive experience in property management and sustainability, make her an ideal fit for the team.

Jannika holds a Masters of Science in Technology from the Technical University of Helsinki.
