The properties are let to a mix of attractive tenants. With the acquisition, Areim expands the Swedish light industrial portfolio in Greater Stockholm, Uppsala, and Greater Gothenburg to include more than 50 properties with a total lettable area of approximately 210,000 sqm. This portfolio also includes a significant volume of unused building rights as well as ongoing development of new buildings.
The sellers are Corem and two private individuals.
