Simon de Château is a partner and chairman of Alma Property Partners, which he founded in 2014. Simon is also a board member of NCC and Atrium Ljungberg and has previously been CEO of Sveafastigheter for ten years until 2013.

Jacob Annehed is partner and CFO at Alma Property Partners, which is the principal owner of Prisma Properties, and has previously been, among other things, CFO of NREP.

Anna-Greta Sjöberg has a background as CEO, CFO and other leading positions in, among other things, the finance and real estate industry. Anna-Greta is Chairman of the Board of Marginalen Bank and has a history as a long-term board member of, among others, Hufvudstaden, Tryggstiftelsen and LKAB.

Caroline Tivéus has been Head of Sustainability since 2018 and is a member of Pandox's management team and has a past in investor relations and marketing from Com Hem, Avanza Bank and Nordnet.
