The new logistics facilities will be located in the Långeberga area in Helsingborg. The buildings will contain logistics space and adjacent offices for a total of GFA 75,000 m2 and be built according to BREEAM Excellent.

The project’s ambition is to be at the forefront of future logistics facilities and sustainability, where we have a lot to offer. This is a good example of our locally produced community building where we, in partnership with Catena, in the near future will get started,” says Olle Olsson, Region Manager Peab.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction is planned to start in August 2023 and the project is expected to be completed in November 2025.

The project was order registered in the second quarter 2023.
