Nrep flexes its muscles in the housing market by buying 51 percent of Klövern for SEK 2.5 billion. Now Nrep wants to turn the tide that housing construction has found itself in by making Klövern one of the largest housing companies in Sweden, Nrep's head of housing Rickard Langerfors says to Nordic Property News.
