The property underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2010, and is environmentally certified according to BREEAM. Coop moved into its premises on a ten-year lease agreement in 2021 following an extensive tenant improvement, while Rusta has operated in the property since 2010. The lettable area amounts to approximately 7,000 square meters and the plot area amounts to approximately 19,000 square meters.
