Humlegården is now expanding the stock through the acquisition, which has a lettable area of approximately 4,900 square meters. Humlegården will offer offices and warehouse space from autumn 2024.
The expansion of the Stockholm subway's Green Line, which is being extended from Odenplan to Arenastaden, is currently underway. In connection with this, a new subway station, Södra Hagalund, is being established, with an ascent in the middle of the Humlegården cluster. The start of traffic is expected to take place in 2028. The expansion of the subway is the starting point for a comprehensive development of the district. Here, the city of Solna and Humlegården, together with other property owners in the area, have taken the initiative to create several blocks with housing, workplaces as well as culture, trade and service functions. The development takes place in stages and extends over a long period. Work is now underway on the first detailed plan in the area, which is located right next to the future subway station.
The property will be occupied on August 30, 2023. The law firm Advokatfirman Kane has been the buyer's legal representative.
