Fredrik Sandell has over 12 years of experience in the property industry. Before he came to Humlegården Fastigheter, he was, among other things, Head of Finance at Kungsleden for almost six years, where before that he held positions as finance manager and financial analyst. He has also worked at Skandiabanken, among others.

"Rikshem is a long-term stable company with a strong financial position. I am very much looking forward to contributing to the company's continued development through, among other things, my experiences in green and sustainable financing," says Fredrik Sandell.
