AP4 has raised the flag in Logistea when they acquired two million shares in August and with that increased their holding from 6.3 to 8.3 million shares.

After the increase, AP4's ownership in Logistea corresponds to six percent of the capital and 3.5 percent of the votes.

After transactions, AP4 is the fourth largest shareholder in Logistea.
