The properties Stampen 19:15 and 19:16 have a total living area of 2,133 square meters and premises of 300 square meters. The properties were built in 1929 and consist of 6 floors with 30 apartments and three public premises at street level. Admission took place on 2 October 2023.

The acquisition is part of Stena Fastigheter's strategy to expand in growth municipalities via acquisitions and new production. Stena Fastigheter thus has a total of 9,000 apartments in the Gothenburg area and 222,900 square meters of commercial space, which makes the company one of the largest private property companies in Gothenburg.
