"Guldgubben is a newly produced and attractive property in the best location, which enabled a deal that is good for both parties. Through the deal, we strengthen Unobo's financial position and free up capital to invest in our existing stock, both in Helsingborg and in our 14 other growing locations around Sweden," says Carl-Johan Hansson, CEO of Unobo AB.

"We are very pleased to have been able to complete this deal. The acquisition adds another attractive location to Resinova's portfolio and broadens our range of sustainable and quality properties, which so far includes approximately 1,300 occupied apartments in three administrative regions," says Henrik Jussi -Pekka, CEO Möller & Partners and co-founder of Resinova Bostads AB.

Access takes place on October 6. Unobo's legal advisers are Safa Mahmoudi, Andreas Sahlstedt and Patrik Arosenius at TM & Partners. Transaction advisor is Martin Larsson at Navet Analytics.

Unobo is owned by Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (70 percent) and Riksbyggen (30 percent), which formed the company in 2021. Unobo owns approximately 7,200 apartments with a total of approximately 496,000 square meters of living and premises in 15 growing locations in Sweden.
