In May, Lansa made its first acquisition in Gothenburg through a property with 138 homes at Lindhomen, next to Karlastaden, in Gothenburg. Even then, the seller was Byggvesta.

"Byggvesta is now selling another property in Gothenburg to Lansa, this as a natural part of the deal that was made during the summer when Lansa bought a property on Lindholmen from us. We will continue to be a stable and reliable player that drives the development of sustainable rental properties and student housing at reasonable rents in the country's larger cities," says Catarina Fritz, acting CEO at Byggvesta.

 

The deal includes 86 rental apartments with 1–4 rooms and a kitchen. The property was completed in 2012 and is located in Guldheden in Gothenburg, an area characterized by its proximity to Chalmers, Sahlgrenska and Änggårdsbergen. Access to the property takes place on 31 October this year.
