Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) announced on 24 September 2023 that the Company agreed to sell 1.16 percent of SBB EduCo AB (“EduCo”) to Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners (“Brookfield”) for approximately SEK 242 million and become a minority owner of EduCo, and that EduCo would repay part of its shareholder loan from SBB, resulting in SBB receiving proceeds of approximately SEK 8 billion.

Today, SBB announces that the financing condition has been fulfilled according to plan, meaning that all material conditions for closing of the transaction have been satisfied.  The transaction will be completed during November.
