A total of 24 homes will be built in the terraced house complex, and they will be heated with environmentally friendly geothermal energy. During the construction, only renewable, eco-friendly electricity will be used on the construction site. The ARA-funded project has an approximate area of 1,800 square metres. Work will commence at the end of November 2023, and the project is scheduled to be completed in early 2025.
"We are specialised in building affordable and ecological housing, and Asunto Oy Espoon Finnsin August is an excellent project to complement our rental housing offering," said Sami Lehto, Managing Director of Mangrove Rakennuttaja Oy, the developer of the project.
“It’s great that we get to build a new complex of five rows of terraced houses for our customer and build geothermally heated homes in Espoo. We continue the development of the idyllic residential area, and we also have plans for the Asunto Oy Espoon Finnsin Gustav detached house complex as a self-developed project by YIT,” says SVP Harri Isoviita, YIT.
