The development committee (Exploateringsnämnden) in Stockholm is before long expected to approve a sale of two properties to NCC for MSEK 683 (€73M).

A proposed detail plan has been created that enables the office construction with approximately 49,000 sqm gross floor area.

The proposal comprises four house bodies with garages on a basement level and public premises on the floor level towards the street.

NCC plans to initiate the construction during the fall of 2016, given that the evacuation of Trafik Stockholm is completed and the detail plan has become final.

The possession will then be taken in segments. The project is estimated to be finished in 2023/2024.
