HPP assisted AKR Tuotto Ky, managed by Auratum Kiinteistöt Oy, in the sale of shares in a real estate company holding a commercial property in Tuusula. The combined leasable area of the buildings on the property is approximately 4,000 sqm, centrally located in Hyrylä, Tuusula. The buyers is Staffia Oy.
