Sweden — ABG Fastena adds another property to its grocery and discount retail portfolio by acquiring a retail property in Greater Stockholm.

The property is located in Södertälje and is fully let with Axfood as the main tenant on a long lease. The lettable area amounts to approximately 2,400 square meters and the plot area amounts to approximately 6,300 square meters. The property is an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena I.
