Corem has signed an agreement for the sale of two properties in Mölndal at an underlying property value of SEK 90 million, which is in line with book value. The buyer is KAB Fastigheter.
The properties, Pottegården 2 and Pottegården 4, have a total lettable area of approximately 6,700 sq.m. and a total rental value of approximately SEK 7.6 million. The economic occupancy rate amounts to 87 percent and consists mainly of office and warehouse space.
Transfer of possession is planned for 15 February 2024.
