Of the properties in Östergötland, five are located in Linköping, one in Norrköping and two in Motala. The properties are fully let with well-known nationwide tenants such as Ramirent, Dahl, Ramudden, Renta, Elajo and Wurth. The property in Växjö is fully let with ReuseIT/Elanders as tenant. Access is expected to take place during the first quarter of 2024.
