In two separate deals, Corem has signed agreements for the sale of two properties in Gothenburg and Malmö at a total underlying property value of SEK 101 milllion, which is in line with book value.
In Gothenburg, the property Backa 25:1 is sold, and in Malmö, the property Smörbollen 12 is sold.
The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 8,000 square meters and a total rental value of approximately SEK 8.2 million.
Transfer of possession of both properties is planned for 15 March 2024.
