"We have co-owned Kista Galleria with CPP Investments since 2013 when we bought 50 percent of Kista Galleria. Kista Galleria is one of our largest centers in the Nordics and we have big plans for the center. Therefore, it is also strategically important for us to own Kista Galleria to 100 percent," says Erik Lennhammar, Chief Development Officer at Citycon.

Kista Galleria is located in the Järva area in Stockholm and is one of Sweden's largest and most well-visited centers with a wide range of shops, restaurants, service and experiences. There are roughly 130 shops and restaurants, Filmstaden Kista, O'Leary's Bowling & Gokart, student apartments and a range of services with a gym, library, BVC, health center, dentist and much more on a rentable area of almost 100,000 square meters.

Citycon's property portfolio of four billion euros today consists of 33 centers in the largest cities in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Estonia. Citycon's center serves millions of visitors with commerce, groceries, healthcare, municipal services, offices and housing.
