The properties, which are located in a cultural-historical environment on Nedre Slottsgatan in central Uppsala, have partially undergone renovation into new modern office premises. Upsala Nya Tidning, which currently operates in Boländerna in Uppsala, plans to move the business to the properties.
"We are happy that these unique properties have a long-term owner with strong local roots. With this divestment, we refine our property portfolio and can now fully focus on our larger housing projects in Stockholm and Huddinge," says Andreas Rutili at Vincero Fastigheter.
The properties Uppsala Fjärdingen 27:5 and 27:6 were sold indirectly through two company transactions. Claes Du Rietz at Mäklarhuset Kommersiella in Uppsala was the broker and Born Advokater was the legal advisor in connection with this transaction.
