Univar Solutions, which works with the distribution of chemical products, rents an office space of 291 square meters in Mimo.

Avoki offers IT solutions for workplaces. The company rents an office space of 449 square meters. Both companies will take up their premises in February 2025.

"We work to create state-of-the-art IT solutions that take companies into the future. Therefore, it is of course important for us to ensure that our office lives up to our high standards, and we have found that office in Mimo," says Tobias Lindstrand, Site Manager at Avoki.

Mimo covers approximately 38,000 square meters of gross area, of which 32,000 square meters is rentable space. The project consists of an existing building that is being renovated and the construction of two buildings with 18 and 11 floors respectively, which house both offices and services. The first tenants will move in during September 2024.

"We notice a lot of interest in our office project Mimo in Mölndal. We are happy that the building continues to be filled with tenants and that we can now also welcome Univar Solutions and Avoki to Mimo," says Ola Hansson, head of department NCC Property Development.

Other tenants who have signed leases in Mimo recently include Kappahl, Hertz and Absfront. Axfood, SATS and Mindpark are already ready tenants and will contribute to the building's high level of service. The houses are built for sustainability certification according to the BREEAM ranking level Excellent.
