The tenant Nordic Wellness has been a tenant since 2018 when the entire building was renovated to adapt to the business. Adjacent is an undeveloped plot of 4,736 square meters which is the second property in the transaction.
The deal has been carried out in company form and the property was acquired on 29 February.
Croisette Real Estate Partner acted as advisor to the seller. Enckell Advokatbyrå was the seller's legal representative and Advokatfirman Lindahl was the buyer's legal representative.
