Peab builds homes in Helsinki

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build an apartment building in Tapanila in Helsinki. The customer is the City of Helsinki and the contract is worth EUR 13 million.

The project comprises construction of 97 apartments. The new apartment building will have five floors.

“We’re very pleased to take on this project and put our broad expertise to good use. We have extensive experience of realizing housing projects for the City of Helsinki,” says Ilkka Laakeristo, Region Manager Peab.

The project will begin in March 2024 and is expected to be completed in September 2026.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter 2024.
