Klara Zenit is located by from Stockholm Central Station, Sergels torg and Sergelgatan and covers a total of nearly 70,000 square meters, mainly modern offices but also retail on street level and residences on the roof. The tenants include H&M, Truecaller, Vinnova, Clas Ohlson and Stadium, among others.

 

Nasdaq will also take up space in the building, with the address Mäster Samuelsgatan 56, around the corner from Drottninggatan. Nasdaq rents a total of 8,300 square meters spread over three floors and thereby leaves its existing premises in Värtahamnen.

"The location has always been central when choosing premises. Today, if possible, it is even more important. You also want premises of high quality and to be in a context, an attractive environment with a large selection in the local area. We can offer all of this to Nasdaq with the choice of Klara Zenit," says Anna Nordin, head of Stockholm Vasakronan.

 

With the lease to Nasdaq, Klara Zenit is basically fully leased. Nasdaq takes office on April 1, 2025.
