Logistea increases its property portfolio after closing of the transaction of the property Främby 1:33 located in central Falun close to E16.


The Property has a total lettable area of approximately 42,500 sq.m. The tenant is NKT (Sweden) AB which leases all areas within the property through a triple-net lease agreement with lease maturity in 2037-09-30. The annual rental income amounts to approximately MSEK 24.2 (excluding rent supplements and property tax).


The acquisition is financed through a bank loan and own funds.


After the acquisition Logistea’s property portfolio amounts to approximately SEK 5.85 billion (SEK 5.39 billion as per 31 December 2023), rental income in current earnings capacity for investment and project properties to SEK 405 millions (SEK 366 millions) and the remaining average lease term amounts to 8.1 years (7.9 years).
