As a consequence of Doxa's review, the role of CEO of Serneke Invest will cease. Ola Serneke's last day in his current position will be April 26.

The board of Serneke expresses its deep thanks to Ola Serneke for his outstanding contribution as founder, CEO and a much-appreciated force in the company.

"Ola has built an impressive company with significant assets and expertise," says Victor Persson, CEO of Doxa.

Ola Serneke comments on the change and his time in the company:

"The time has come for me to leave my operational role to continue working on developing Serneke and Doxa in my new role as a board member of Doxa. I would like to thank all employees for their dedication and dedicated work over the years. After 23 years in company, it is with mixed feelings that I make this choice, but it is a decision that has emerged with the intention of focusing on the strategic work of the board and also freeing up time for other commitments. I look forward to continuing to drive the company forward together with the rest of board to strengthen our operations and promote business in a positive way."
