In this new role at Verdion, Anders will be responsible for leading the company’s leasing activity, developing and extending strategic relationships within the occupier market and identifying new opportunities across the country. He will be based at Verdion’s Stockholm offices.
Anders has over 15 years’ experience in real estate leasing, development and asset management and joins from Stendorren Fastigheter, where he was Head of Logistics Properties. He has previously worked with Colliers in Stockholm and Gothenburg as well as owning and running his own real estate businesses in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Luleå.

Its Nordics portfolio includes new acquisitions in Södertälje and Horsens in the last year, as well as parks in Gothenburg, Jӧnkӧping, Rosersberg and the Greater Copenhagen area.
