Josefin Helgeson takes office on 1 August and will also be part of Akademiska Hus' management. She is a trained personnel scientist and has previously worked in HR at PWC and before that in recruitment and staffing.

The company is owned by the state and has approximately 590 employees, who work as, for example, managers, engineers, property developers, property managers, operating technicians, economists, project managers and administrators.
