Per Ekelund will leave the board and other assignments within the group in connection with the annual general meeting on April 29.

"Due to my current workload, I cannot fully participate in the work of the board in the way that I would like and that I believe that Doxa deserves. Therefore, I have chosen to end my assignment and create an opportunity for someone who can devote himself wholeheartedly to Doxa's future development," says Per Ekelund in a comment.

The nomination committee has decided to revise its previous proposal for the annual general meeting. It is proposed that the board consist of six members and that the existing board member and former board chairman Greg Dingizian be elected as the new board chairman.

Greg Dingizian is the largest owner and board member of Doxa.
