Nordika extends its agreement with the English School for approximately 12,000 sqm and rents out about 1800 sqm to Assymetrica Kontorshotell. Both agreements pertain to Nordika's recently acquired property Reykjanes 1 in Kista, which was acquired on September 1, 2023. The property offers a total leasable area of approximately 28,700 square meters, of which approximately 10,000 square meters are still available for new tenants.
