Carola Lavén comes most recently from the role of CEO of Besqab, a role she left in connection with the merger with Aros Bostad that recently went through. Previously, she was, among other things, business area manager property development at NCC for six years and has worked for ten years as business development manager at Atrium Ljungberg.

"Carola has broad experience in project development and portfolio management and a leadership style that fits well into our corporate culture. We see great opportunities ahead for Ikano Bostad and I believe that Carola, together with the team at Ikano Bostad, has what it takes for the business to develop and grow, " says Lars Thorsén, CEO of Ikano Group.
