ABG Fastena adds another property to its logistics and light industrial portfolio by acquiring a modern light industrial property in Ältaberg industrial area, 15 minutes from central Stockholm. The lettable area amounts to approximately 4,400 square meters and is fully let.

The seller is Tilia Fastigheter and the property is let in its entirety by LW Sverige AB, a roofing and facade contractor who uses the property for warehouse, manufacturing and offices. The house was built in 2014 and was added with approx. 2,500 square meters in 2021.

ABG Fastena invests according to different themes. This acquisition is the fourth portfolio where the company focuses on warehouse and light industrial properties in well-established Swedish logistics and industrial areas.
