The addition of an investment leg is meant to streamline the services for Bridge Properties, offering comprehensive support to their clients in investment management. In the future Bridge will be able to assist clients systematically in both with acquisitions and dispositions, commercial due diligence, analysis and when needed, refinancing solutions.

Taking the role as CEO for Bridge Properties Investments Oy is Janne Nurminen.

He joins the company from Ecorum Oy, bringing with him a versatile experience in the real estate industry. According to Bridge he will fully transition to the company by the end of June.

Bridge Properties are also relocating their offices closer to the Helsinki city center.
