The property is an in-house developed project, which was completed in 2023 by K2A's subsidiary K2A Trähus. It contains 98 rental homes and one premises, which together have a lettable area of 3,489 square meters BOA and 92 square meters LOA. The property is environmentally certified with the Swan label.
"The sale is another step in our work to free up liquidity and strengthen our balance sheet. We see a great demand on the transaction market for homes in attractive locations with high environmental requirements and a high standard. We plan to carry out more transactions in the near future," says Johan Knaust, CEO of K2A.
"It is gratifying that we can continue to expand in one of our priority markets. Öresund is an attractive region where we are established in several locations as a long-term player. The property fits well into our strategy as it meets requirements for high quality and sustainability, among other through wooden frame as well as solar cells and battery storage," says Erik Johansson, CFO at Lansa.
Lansa Fastigheter has expanded continuously since the start in 2016 and is now in 15 locations around the country with a total of nearly 3,800 rental apartments under management and projects.
"Lansa has a goal of continuing to expand and the acquisition is a step in the right direction despite a challenging market. We are clear in our strategy to acquire rental properties with high quality in locations and regions where we are currently established," says Erik Johansson.
Lansa takes possession of the property on 10 June.
