The Järfälla Jakobsberg 18:27 property is located at the E18 exit to Kallhäll in northern Stockholm. The property has a total land area of ​​3,450 square meters with two modern buildings comprising 1,090 square meters of premises. In connection with the transaction, the parties signed a ten-year so-called double net agreement where the tenant is responsible for all running costs and maintenance. The buildings were built in 2015 and have a general layout adapted for contracting or industrial activities. The acquisition is in line with the company's metropolitan strategy, acquiring properties in good locations that are expected to develop as the city centers grow.

 

The tenant Top Ent is a full-service provider of land contracting services such as gardening, construction work, snow removal, sand removal, garage sweeping and flushing. Top Ent has been active since 1971 and has a turnover of approximately SEK 30 million.

 

After the acquisition, Logistri's property portfolio includes 21 properties in Stockholm, Gothenburg and larger towns in southern Sweden. Total leasable area is 186,479 square meters.
