The detailed plan for businesses and residences at Smålandsgatan in Gothenburg was adopted by the council in May last year, but has currently been overturned by the Land and Environment Court. Part of the detailed plan concerns Wallenstam's property Heden 47:2, where Wallenstam and Ullevi Tennis Club have worked together for a long time to develop the site at the current tennis facility. It is now proposed that Wallenstam get its land permit extended for the fourth time as the company and the city have not yet agreed on a price for the construction rights in question.
