"Victor has led Doxa through many of the important milestones that the company has passed since the shift to real estate investments and also during a period of challenges for the entire real estate industry. The board has appointed Kaj Grönvall as acting CEO. Work on recruiting a new permanent CEO will begin immediately.

Kaj Grönvall is an experienced leader with extensive experience from the construction and property industry, both in Sweden and internationally. He has worked as CEO in various subsidiaries within Skanska, Finja and K-Fastigheter for 20 years. Kaj Grönvall most recently came from a role as a senior advisor within the K-Fast Group and currently also holds board positions in, among others, Serneke Sweden, MVB and Anlab.
