"We are very pleased to be able to expand our portfolio in Uppsala, a strong location that fits well into our long-term strategy. Our expansion now mainly takes place through the acquisition of properties in the locations where we are already established, which not only strengthens our presence but also enables us to offer our customers a local organization," says Claes Malmkvist, CEO of Lansa.
The property was completed in 2020 and contains a total of 98 apartments with 1–4 rooms and a kitchen and a room. This will be Lansa's second property in the expansive area of Rosendal in Uppsala. Access to the property takes place on 2 September.
"Byggvesta is selling a property in Uppsala to enable further investments in our existing areas and properties, as well as continued development of new homes and our ownership in a stable and profitable way going forward. We will continue to be a reliable player that drives the development of sustainable rental properties and student housing at reasonable rents in the country's larger cities," says Jenny Jonsson, CEO of Byggvesta.
Lansa Fastigheter has expanded continuously since the start in 2016 and is now in 15 locations around the country with a total of nearly 4,000 rental apartments in management and projects.
