The renewed collaboration means that Deloitte will have continued access to modern and sustainable office premises that are adapted to both today's and future needs. As part of the upgrade, Deloitte will have its own entrance from Kungstensgatan 18.

The Kv Taktäckaren block was built at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century and was originally the headquarters and factory of LM Ericsson, but today houses a mixture of offices, craft rooms, residences, restaurants and shops. When adapting the premises to Deloitte's operations, the building's industrial character will be preserved, while great emphasis is placed on sustainability and the long-term. The goal is to create flexible premises that enable future changes without extensive remodeling. The material choices will be carried out in accordance with Sundahus and the property will be certified according to Breeam In-use. The rebuilding is led by Mod:group.

Deloitte will remain in the block during the redevelopment, with gradual occupancy in the new premises during 2025/2026 as they are completed. When Deloitte leaves its existing premises, premises in the range of 500 – 3,600 square meters will be created which will be offered to existing and new tenants. Leasing will begin shortly.
