Stenvalvet signs new lease in Jönköping

Sweden — Less than a year after the Court of Appeal and the Court of Appeal in Jönköping moved out, most of the premises are once again rented out. Stenvalvet has signed a lease agreement with Jönköping municipality for a total of 4,000 square meters in central Jönköping. The lease runs for eight years.

The municipality of Jönköping rents the premises and their adaptation is in full swing to be ready for occupancy around the turn of the year. Recycling is an important part of the work and takes place in collaboration with the tenant.

"We look forward to welcoming the municipality of Jönköping to us. The lease shows that our buildings are flexible with good opportunities to convert existing premises to new areas of use when a vacancy arises," says Kristian Pamp, Head of Property Management at Stenvalvet.
