Heba has been informed that the Chairman of the Board, Lennart Karlsson, has informed the election committee that he declines re-election at the annual general meeting in 2025. Lennart Karlsson has been a board member of Heba since 2017 and Chairman of the Board since 2018.
Charlotte Ericsson, Chair of the Nomination Committee, comments:
"Lennart Karlsson, as CEO for many years and then chairman of the board, has creditably and very competently steered Heba forward in good and bad times. I want to thank Lennart for his valuable work on Heba's board on behalf of the shareholders."
