Sweden — JM has acquired building rights from Fabege for the development of approximately 450 residential units located in Huvudsta, Solna. The property value in the acquisition amounts to MSEK 484, including a paid development contribution. Occupancy and payment will take place during the second quarter of 2023.

Finland — JM Finland and Icecapital Housing Fund VI Ky have signed an agreement for the construction of 128 rental apartments in the Puustellinkallio area in Leppävaara, Espoo.

Sweden — The Court of Appeal has issued a judgement which means that JM must consolidate tenant-owners associations during production in its consolidated financial statements according to IFRS. JM's appeals the judgement to the Supreme Administrative Court

Sweden — JM has acquired building rights for the development of approximately 130 residential units located in the Eriksberg district in Gothenburg. The acquisition amounts to approximately SEK 160 million, with occupancy and payment in Q4 2022.

Sweden — Due to the recruitment of personnel, representatives of JM assess that there is a risk of a conflict of interest between Annica Ånäs’s role as board member of JM and her role as CEO of Atrium Ljungberg. Annica Ånäs has therefore chosen to leave JM’s Board of Directors.

Sweden — Through a 50-50 joint venture with OBOS Nya Hem AB, JM has aquired a property in Lund, which in a future detailed plan is assessed to allow for the development of commercial premises and approximately 2,500 residential units. The acquisition amounts in total to SEK 725 million.

Sweden — JM has acquired building rights for the development of approximately 330 residential units located in the Gamlestaden district in Gothenburg from Platzer.

Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden through its development and transaction team, in collaboration with an internationally renowned valuation firm and leading Nordic real estate consultants, has carried out a comprehensive analysis of the value of its associated company JM. The value assessment shows that the value of JM's assets preliminary amounts to approximately SEK 36 billion. In light of this assessment, SBB has decided to carry out a strategic review of its holding in JM.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with the Swedish Fortifications Agency for the sale of the office project K1 Karlbergs Strand in Solna. The transaction amounts to SEK 2.4 billion.

Sweden — JM has acquired five properties and signed a conditional agreement for an additional two properties in the Segeltorp industrial zone of Huddinge municipality. The properties are estimated to have the possibility of developing approximately 600 residential units in a future detailed plan. The acquisition of the five properties amounts to approximately SEK 270m, with payment in the second quarter of 2022.

Sweden — JM acquiring properties for residential development in Järfälla.

Finland — JM is acquiring a property in Kera, Espoo in The Greater Helsinki area. Occupancy and payment will take place in Q4, 2021. The acquisition is worth approximately SEK 150 million. The property’s local planning will be prepared by JM, aiming to enable a development of approximately 500 residential units, various services and other functions like business premises.

Sweden — JM is acquiring building rights from Kungsleden for the development of around 105 residential units centrally located in Mölndal, south of Gothenburg.

Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden has acquired 13,975,000 shares in JM at a price of SEK 326.30 per share from OBOS, corresponding to SEK 4.56 billion.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with SPP Fastigheter for the sale of two rental properties. The transaction amounts to approximately SEK 1.3 billion with a profit of approximately SEK 390 million.

Sweden — JM is acquiring building rights from Vasakronan for approximately 360 residential units in Järvastaden, Solna, which is located north of Stockholm. The transaction is worth SEK 364 million, and occupancy and payment will take place in Q1 2021. JM has been active in Järvastaden since 2006 and will continue developing the area through the acquisition.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with Kungsleden AB to acquire the property Västerås Isolatorn 12. The deal is worth approximately SEK 120 million.

Sweden — JM is creating and taking responsibility for a structure for completed rental unit properties where JM has a commitment to secure long-term management.

Sweden — The detailed planning for JM’s office project K1 Karlbergs Strand has gained legal force, and JM will obtain legal title and pay for the property during the fourth quarter of 2020. The purchase amount is approximately SEK 190 million, and construction is expected to begin in early 2021.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with Södertälje Municipality to acquire the Karlevik 4:1 et al property in Södertälje, Stockholm. The property’s detailed plan has gained final approval, and the acquisition enables development of approximately 450 residential units.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement for the sale of the Torrdockan 7 property in Malmö with planning permission for around 170 homes and 700 sqm of commercial space.
