Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with Lansa Fastigheter AB to sell two rental properties that will be built in Gideonsberg, Västerås. The deal is worth SEK 160 million.

Sweden — Uppsala Kommuns Fastighets AB sells the Gottsunda 34: 7 property to JM. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of Gottsunda center.

Norway — JM has signed an agreement regarding divestment of the external construction operations in Norway, JM Entreprenör AS, to Vicon a company within the Norwegian KB Group.

Finland — JM is acquiring a well-situated industrial property in Hertonäs, Helsinki. Occupancy and payment will take place in Q3 2019.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with Aberdeen Standard Investment to sell three rental properties. The deal is worth SEK 1.2 billion (EUR 112 million).

Sweden — JM has signed a final agreement to acquire land with a detailed development plan for residential development in Ekerö, Stockholm. The deal is worth SEK 90 million.

Norway — JM has signed a conditional contract to acquire a centrally located property for residential development in Röa, Oslo.

Finland — JM is acquiring a centrally located school property in Leppävaara, Espoo, in the Greater Helsinki area. The property’s detailed plan has gained final approval for 850 apartments.

Norway — JM has signed an agreement with the Norwegian pension company KLP for the acquisition of the Bergerveien 12 property in Asker. The deal is worth approximately EUR 33M. Occupancy of the property will take place during Q1 2018 and payment during Q2.

Sweden — JM has signed a development agreement with the City of Stockholm for the acquisition of land in the Persikan area in central Stockholm. The area’s detailed plan has gained final approval, and JM can develop approximately 280 residential units.

Sweden — JM is acquiring building rights from Vasakronan in Järvastaden, Solna, which is located just north of Stockholm.

Sweden — Now that the initial local plan has been adopted for Täby Park, JM and Skanska will continue developing the new neighborhood in Täby, north of Stockholm.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with the Stora Sköndal foundation to acquire land for 157 building rights in Sköndal, Stockholm. The deal is worth EUR 23M. Occupancy and payment will take place in Q4 2017.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with Capman to acquire land for 140 building rights. The deal is worth EUR 9M. Occupancy and payment are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.

Sweden — JM is selling Ekfatet 3, an existing property at Liljeholmskajen, which comprises 41,000 square meters.

Norway — JM acquires a development property where the company can develop around 660 residential units in Groruddalen in northeast Oslo. The purchase price is EUR 21M.
