The property, Bladet 4, is located in Bergshamra in Solna, and is currently used as a parking lot for the adjacent office building. The existing parking spaces will be moved to a garage under the residential neighborhood that will be built. The acquisition will be reported within the JM Residential Stockholm business segment in the third quarter of 2017.
