Sweden — As informed on June 27th 2023 Fabege has signed a letter of intent regarding the letting of all floor space, approximately 66,000 sqm, in the property Nöten 4 located in Solna Strand. Fabege has now released the information that they signed the letter of intent regarding letting of Nöten 4 with Saab AB.

Sweden — Fabege and CGI, a global provider of IT and business process services, have signed lease agreements for two new offices. One is in Solna Business Park and has about 4,200 sqm of floorspace, and the other is in the Glädjen area of Västra Kungsholmen and has about 1,300 sqm of floorspace.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with the Swedish Fortifications Agency for the sale of the office project K1 Karlbergs Strand in Solna. The transaction amounts to SEK 2.4 billion.

Sweden — JM is acquiring building rights from Vasakronan for approximately 360 residential units in Järvastaden, Solna, which is located north of Stockholm. The transaction is worth SEK 364 million, and occupancy and payment will take place in Q1 2021. JM has been active in Järvastaden since 2006 and will continue developing the area through the acquisition.

Sweden — CapMan Nordic Real Estate III Fund has agreed to acquire Sadelplatsen 1, a vacant office building in Järva Krog, Solna, from Fabege in an off-market transaction.

Sweden — The detailed planning for JM’s office project K1 Karlbergs Strand has gained legal force, and JM will obtain legal title and pay for the property during the fourth quarter of 2020. The purchase amount is approximately SEK 190 million, and construction is expected to begin in early 2021.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Laboratoriet 5 in Solna to Atlasmuren Fastigheter for about EUR 19M. The transfer of the property is scheduled for May 2018.

Sweden — Areim has signed office leases totaling more than 8,000 square meters in the property Solna Brahelund 2, also known as Solna Port.

Sweden — JM is acquiring building rights from Vasakronan in Järvastaden, Solna, which is located just north of Stockholm.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with Capman to acquire land for 140 building rights. The deal is worth EUR 9M. Occupancy and payment are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.

Sweden — Arla Foods will move their headquarters to Skanska’s project Solna United in Arenastaden, Solna.

Sweden — NCC is now initiating preparatory work for the development of a new, sustainable and attractive city district in the Municipality of Solna. The plan is to initially commence work on two office projects in prime locations in Järva Krog.

Sweden — Peab is gathering all its operations in Stockholm under one roof in Ulriksdal, Solna. The new office building is part of Peab’s investment in the new city district.

Sweden — Hagahuset in Solna was acquired with the aim of developing a Live-Work-Play concept building. The purchase price is EUR 18M.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Fabege AB to construct a 40,000-square meter office building next to Arenastaden in Solna, Sweden. The office building will be BREEAM Excellent certified and have ICA as the largest tenant. The order is worth SEK 830 million (nearly €90 M).

Sweden — The project has been reviewed after the mall was opened on 12 November 2015 and thereafter written-down by SEK 800 million (€84 M). The Write-down does not affect dividend capacity in 2015. The Mall of Scandinavia in Solna is Peab’s largest project ever.

Sweden — Fabege has signed an agreement to sell the Uarda 5 property, Vattenfall’s head office in Arenastaden, to Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. The property comprises approximately 44,000 sqm of office space and is currently fully let to Vattenfall, and to an external restaurant. The sale will occur in the form of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 2,257 M (€263,54 M).

Sweden — Last night was the grand opening of Mall of Scandinavia – the largest shopping mall in Scandinavia. – It is more than a shopping mall, Lars-Åke Tollemark, CEO for Unibail-Rodamco Norden, said during yesterday’s press preview.

Sweden — Fabege is acquiring the Stora Frösunda 2 and Hagalund 2:2 properties in Solna from Catena. The acquisition increases Fabege’s portfolio of development rights directly adjacent to Arenastaden. The acquisition has a total value of €157M.
