Skanska Sells Office Building in Solna

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Laboratoriet 5 in Solna to Atlasmuren Fastigheter for about EUR 19M. The transfer of the property is scheduled for May 2018.<br />

The office building comprises about 3,600 square meters and is fully leased to the world-leading Life Science company Roche. It is located on the historic site Ingenting in Solna, near Pampas Marina. Here will also be built more than 1,000 new homes.

Companies that establish themselves in the area are offered a location just seven minutes from Stockholm city and about 20 minutes away from Bromma Airport with public transport.
